We are currently recruiting for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the IAIC Client Services Team starting immediately to April 30, 2022. This position has the potential to continue past April 30, 2022 and will work out of our Waterloo or Listowel Office with the flexibility of working from home at times.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Courteously answering and responding to in-bound phone calls and emails;
  • Assisting team with quarterly statement production;
  • Completing day-to-day scanning and filing of confidential client documents;
  • Reconciling the daily trade ledger;
  • Assisting with various administrative duties (such as data entry and creating letters and spreadsheets); and
  • Supporting team with other projects as needed.

 

The successful candidate will have:

 

  • Post-secondary education or previous office experience;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and
  • Ability to work up to seven hours per day, five days a week.
